Revelation 9:5: ". . .and their torment was as the torment of a scorpion, when he striketh a man": it is similar to being injected with a needle from a syringe. Some people who have been injected with the bioweapon die within half an hour. Some people don't die (they were given a saline shot?). Some people, over a number of months, get sicker and sicker and then die ("that they should be tormented for five months").
