My translation: If you do not take the bioweapon injection, if you do not worship at the altar of Big Pharma, you will be ostracized from society. You will be shunned by family, friends and co-workers. People will mock you and ridicule you. You will not be able to travel, go to sporting events, go to the hospital or go to school. You will not be able to partake in bread and circuses. Your posts will be censored on social media. You will be placed in FEMA re-education camps (and later executed). Remember, Big Brother is watching you.
